TOWN HALL MEETING: EKET FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY

"For those who are looking for political power, your attitude will determine your altitude" - CHIEF GODSWILL AKPABIO

What a successful event and I must sincerely commend all the speakers except the display ...................by a revered father which to me is what I never expected especially coming from such a personality no matter the provocation. Funny enough, this was a program telecast live and watch even outside the country. Our Traditional Institutions must show example for the youth to emulate. Again, we must learn to conduct ourselves in public to avoid public ridicule. In my assessment, the status and prestige of that institution has diminish from today.

Thank you Your Excellency, Chief Godswill Obot Akpabio, Obong Paul Ekpo, Deputy Speaker, Hon. Udo Keiran Akpan, Rt. Hon. Okpolupm Ette, other members of the State House of Assembly, Aniekan Umana, Enobong Uwah, other members of the State Executive Council, Hon. Bassey Dan Abia (Jnr), Dr. Ini Adiakpan, Professor from Onna, SSG, Udom Emmanuel, Paramount Ruler of Onna, Ibeno and others. I hope with the move, Akwa Ibom people will collectively elect a governor who will succeed the governor under a peaceful transition
